A lot of people, mostly Roma, are living without valid identity
documents and thus are unable to realise their civil and social
rights. Their children are not registered and are not going to
school. Without documents, their parents cannot seek social aid.
In general, adults are illiterate and without regular
income. Pharos delivers community social work. If needed, Pharos
bears all related costs. Most prominently, Pharos tries to help them
integrate into the state and social system.
